This Privacy Policy explains how Xself Home ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Xself Home mobile app and this website. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect information needed to operate it — such as your email address and, optionally, your name. We use this to authenticate you, secure your account, and communicate about your orders and support requests.

Order & delivery information

To process purchases and fulfillment, we collect order details and the shipping or pickup information you provide (such as recipient name, delivery address, and contact phone). We use this to prepare, deliver, or make your order available for pickup, and to provide customer support.

Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe and Apple Pay). Your full payment card details are handled directly by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies — we do not store your full card number. We may receive limited confirmation data (such as the result of a transaction) to manage your order.

Analytics

We collect limited usage and device information (such as app interactions, device type, and diagnostic data) to understand how the app is used, fix problems, and improve features. This may be processed using analytics tools on our behalf.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled in the app, we may use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob and its partners may collect or use device identifiers and related information to deliver and measure ads. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service — for example, with payment processors, delivery/fulfillment partners, analytics providers, and advertising partners — or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your choices

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can also manage your details in the app.

Children

Xself Home is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
